Antrim manager Colly Murphy has named his team for Sunday’s Ulster Minor Hurling Championship semi-final against Down at Corrigan Park. (Throw-in 2pm)
The Rossa clubman has named five players who started in last week’s Celtic Challenge All Ireland final win over North Cork in this week’s line up with Eoin McParland of St John’s moving from corner back to goals, Ryan McGarry of Cuchullains, who captained last week’s team, retains the centre back position, Niall McCormick of Ruairi Og moves back from midfield to right half back, Rossa’s Eogan McMenamin wears the same number 11 as last week as he starts on the ‘40’ while Seaan Elliott of Cuchullains, who was man of the match against North Cork, moves from the right wing to the left corner. There are other members of last week’s team who are also named among the subs for Sunday and some of them could well see action during Sunday’s game. Among them are Cormac McFadden of Loughgiel, Calum Smyth and Anton McGrath of Dunloy and Conor McBride of Naomh Padraig.
