Antrim hurling team manager Dominic McKinley, team captain Conor McKinley and team member Ryan Elliott present a cheque for £100 on behalf of the team to Niall Shivers who was one of the organisers of Thursday evening’s quiz in the Bridge Bar, Dunloy which raised funds for the NEO Natal Unit at Antrim Area Hospital.
Quizmaster Vincent Rainey who has been organising the Christmas table quiz in the Bridge Bar, Dunloy for thirty years once again had the place packed to the rafters. This years event raised funds for the NEO Natal Unit at Antrim Area Hospital.

Megan and Niall Shivers present a a cheque for £5,500, proceeds of a table quiz in the Bridge Bar, Dunloy, (the total has since risen to over £6000) to Leanne Richmond, Gemma McKeown and Catherine Osbourne of the Antrim Area Hospital Neo Natal Unit. Niall and Megan’s daughter Eva Flora Shivers was born premature in Antrim Area Hospital earlier his this year and since that they have been thinking of a way to raise funds for the unit. Vincent Rainey’s annual Christmas Quiz, which this year is celebrating its 30th anniversary, was the ideal platform and with Vincent’s agreement the Antrim NEO Natal and Tiny Life were the nominated charities. (Tiny Life will receive a cheque for £2000). Niall and Megan, and the whole Shivers family wish to thank all who attended and Vincent Rainey in particular.
