The success story that is St. Ergnat’s U14 girls continued on Sunday when they were crowned Antrim champions for the second year in succession. The Marrion Hill girls travelled to Glengormley where they proved much too strong for a Lamh Dhearg side who battled right to the end against impossible odds but had no answer to a slick moving and clinical Moneyglass side. This group of girls have achieved magnificent feats throughout the last 2 years winning 2 All Ireland Feile titles. They then became the first team from Ulster to win the All Ireland Kilmacud Crokes 7’s tournament and that success story continued on Sunday and their talent and hard work speaks for itself. Well done to the girls and their management team.
