Aghagallon prepare for Scór All Ireland in Killarney

The Aghagallon Ceili Dancers who are the current Antrim and Ulster Scór na nÓg champions are preparing to travel to Killarney next weekend to compete in the All Ireland Final.  The dancers have achieved so much already, claiming the County and Ulster titles, competing against tough opposition.

Scór is a huge part of club life in Aghagallon, giving young people an opportunity to shine off the pitch, while celebrating our Irish culture and heritage. The dancers travelled to Glenuilinn, Co Derry on Saturday to support the set dancing Ulster Champions at their fundraiser; an example of how Scór is much more than just a competition, it’s very much about friendship within the Scór family all over the country.

There will be a celebration night to wish the dancers good luck on the 28th January 2020 at 7pm in The Derryhirk Inn. Everyone is welcome.

We wish Una McDonald, Una Maginn, Éadaoin Maginn, Eve Daggett, Erin Doone, Aoibhinn McStravick, Méabh McCavigan and Ciara O’Connor all the best for next weekend in Killarney.
