P.R.O’S, we need your help
It hurling this weekend again and as you know by now, we try to bring you reports and photographs of every championship game but Saturday presents us with a real challenge and one that we may not have the personnel to cover.
1 game tonight- Friday, sees Clooney Gaels travel to Rossa in their final Group 1 game with the throw-in in that one moved forward to 6.30pm. We will have no problem covering this one but the 6.30 start could provide difficulties for the South West side.
Tomorrow our real problems start. 11 games in 4 different championships all fixed for 5.00pm. As always we will endeavour to cover as many as possible but you can see our problem.
If your club is playing in one of these games and we do not have anyone at it can you do your best to get us a report?
Here’s what to do:
- Ask the referee to let you take a photograph of both team sheets and explain it is for the Saffron Gael. Our referees are very cooperative. (Best time to get he photograph is just before the toss)
- Note times of each individual score and the number of the scorer.
- When it is a goal add a wee bit of detail of how the goal came about.
- Do the report and send it to us but if you are not able to do that send us the team sheet photographs and the notes with scores, scorers and times of scores on it and we will endeavour to put a report together
