The annual Lámh Dhearg Golf Classic sponsored by Hannahstown Credit Union was recently held at Balmoral Golf club . Over 90 golfers participated and all had an enjoyable day producing a high standard of play in a competitive but friendly spirit .
The club would like to thank all the golfers who participated and to all the sponsors of the tee boxes.
One of the highlights was Terry Og Mc Crudden winning the inaugural Ryan Straney perpetual trophy.
Ryan was tragically killed recently in an rta in Australia. Ryan as well being a talented Gael was also a very talented golfer and loved playing in the club tournament on his own club course.
