Davitts secure Intermediate Championship victory against Naomh Comhghall
On Sunday, August 3rd, at Dunsilly to reverse a league defeat against a side who were expected to repeat that win back on the 6th April.
This win for Davitt’s sees them move almost unnoticed into 2nd place in Group 2 and while there is nothing decided in the group yet with the Falls Road side still having 3 further games to play, they have got off to a perfect start.
Davitt’s next game is away to table toppers, St. Joseph’s Glenavy on Saturday 16th August and is likely to provide them with a stiffer test and perhaps show them just where they are at in regards to championship ambitions.
