Rossa’s Gerard Walsh
Rossa moved themselves away from the relegation zone when they travelled to Cloughmills on Sunday and beat bottom of the table St Brigid’s by 0-19 to 1-9. There was little between the sides in the opening half at the end of which Rossa lead by 0-11 to 0-8 but after the change of ends the city men took control and with Callum McVeigh and Michael Armstrong sending over the scores they pulled away to win by seven in the end.
