The annual South West Antrim, Allianz Ireland ,Cumann na mBunscoil quiz was held this afternoon in St Brigid’s Primary School Ballymena. There was a fantastic turn out at the event with an unprecedented 14 teams in attendance namely,

St Colmcille’s Ballymena x 2 teams
St Brigid’s Ballymena x 2 teams
St Patrick’s Rasharkin x 2 teams
Mary Queen of Peace Glenravel x 2 teams
St Oliver Plunkett’s Toome x 2 teams
St Joseph’s Crumlin.
After an afternoon of quizzing on all things Irish and GAA Mary Queen of Peace Glenravel A team emerged victorious by a small margin with St Colmcille’s Ballymena B team coming in second place. We wish both schools well as they progress to the Ulster finals later in the year.
