The annual Ruairi Og Golf Classic, which was held on Friday at Cushendall Golf Club, turned out to be another great success which raised a ton of money for the club. Arron Graffin and his team of Big Dom and Eimear did a great job in organising things and thankfully the weather was excellent. The top team prize was won by Rosemary McAlister, Barbara McCann, Sarah McKeegan and Andrea McAlister, which was a great embarasment to all the male golfers in the club who have been crowing about how good they were for the past year. Well done ladies. Four of the Ruairi Og hurlers took second prize while the wealthy neighbours from Cushenun, who have lots of time to practice their golf, claimed third spot.
