Junior Feis camogie semi-final

Brídíní Óga 4-12 Ballycastle 3-14

Bridini Oga Glenravel  made it through to their third Feis final in four seasons tonight in Cushendall – but it was a far from convincing performance with a late goal from Justine O’Hagan rescuing the Glenravel side in a game that looked to be slipping away all through the second half.
Bridini Oga went two points down, but then discovered their form and went 1-3 to 0-2 ahead with Kirsten Edgar scoring the goal from distance. However this young Ballycastle team came back strongly with two goals and, although Hannah McCann hit back with a goal, they still went in at the break 2-6 to 2-4 down.
Things seemed to be changing immediately after half time with points from Torie Edgar and Kirsty Laverty followed by a goal from Justine O’Hagan put Bridini Oga into a 3-7 to 2-7 lead.
However once again Ballycastle hit back with a goal and took a two points lead that they held right up until injury-time when Justine O’Hagan hit her late winner.
