St Brigid’s Ballymoney who beat St Brigid’s Cloughmills in the final
St Brigid’s, Ballymoney were the winners of the Cumann na mBunscol Indoor Five A Side Hurling tournament which was held last week at the Dunloy Academy. The Ballymoney boys beat their Cloughmills namesakes St Brigid’s in the final while others to compete were St John’s PS Carnlough, St Ciaran’s Cushendun, St Olcans Armoy, Ballycastle Intergrated PS and Gaelscoil an Chaistil.
Special thanks to organiser of the event Emma Casement (Ballycastle Intergraded PS) and Dunloy GAC for hosting it all.
Standard of hurling on the day was exceptional and the boys all represented their schools with great pride and commitment. Looking forward to the new year and the events which are due to take place outdoors in terms 2 & 3.
