Rossa’s annual Boxing Day Divis Walk

28Ten years ago Rossa stawart Sean McManus had his life turned around when he was donated a kidney by his mother Gemma. On Boxing Day Gemma and Sean joined hundreds of fellow Gaels from Rossa and their neighbouring clubs to take part in the annual charity walk on Divis Mountain which raises funds for local charities.  Not surprisingly this year’s charity of choice was again the Kidney Patients’ Association which does such stirling work and when we spoke to him before the event Sean wanted also to highlight the great work done by staff at the Renal Unit at Belfast City Hospital.
