Glenariffe won the Under 14 Division 1 Airborne Indoor championship at Dunloy Academy on Saturday when they beat the host Cuchullains side in a magnificent final by 30 points to 28. It was all action between two great teams with the Oisins just edging a game that could have gone either way. Dunloy had beaten Ruairi Og Cushendall in the semi-final by 52 to 32 while the Oisins beat Shamrocks 41 – 31 in their semi-final

In the Division 2 final the young Cuchullains gained revenge when they beat the Oisins by 48 to 20. In the two thrilling semi-finals Dunloy got through by the narrowest of margins against Loughgiel by 26 points to 25 while Oisins just got the better of Lock Mor Dal gCais by 30 points to 28.
In the Division 3 semi-finals Con Magees pipped All Saints by 30 points to 29 in a thrilling contest while Shane O’Neill’s had a twelve point win over St Olcans on a scoreline of 32 – 20. The Glenarm boys sealed the title with a storming finish in the final with three late scores to beat Con Magees by 27 – 20
