The Antrim management have named their team for Saturday’s Christy Ring Cup opener against Meath in Navan. The team is along the lines of the sides that lined out in the National League campaign, although there are some positional swithces that will raise a few eybrows. There are some changes among the subs with Rasharkin’s James O’Mullan coming in for Chrissy O’Connell while Ryan McNulty of St John’s and Conor McHugh of Emmet’s are added to the panel.
Five survivors from 2016 Christy Ring Cup final
Only five of the Saturday’s starting line-up were on the team that started the Christy Ring Cup final replay in 2016. John Dillon also saw action that day coming on as a second half substitute.
