We had to hold back the team of the week until after Wednesday evening Junior semi-final between Gort na Móna and Rasharkin and it was worth the wait as Desi McClean claimed a place with a bit to spare with a superb scoring display as his team booked a final place against St Pauls.

Once again it was really hard to pick, and a toss of a coin could well have decided a number of positions. There were so many great scoring displays in the forwards we had to move Alex Delargy to midfield to get them all in
