On Sunday Moneyglass U14 girls susses continued as they picked up the Championship title for the 3rd year in a row. After an impressive win over St Pauls on Tuesday night in the semi final , in what was a replay match, the girls mind-set was to finish the job on Sunday against Gort na Mona and round off the perfect season .
The unstoppable blues have lifted the Antrim Feile title , the Kilmacud 7’s All Ireland title and now the U 14 Championship title for the 2rd year in a row. The conditions were bad but every girl on the pitch did her bit. A low scoring game but that shows the slog it was out there yesterday on a heavy pitch. Another great year.The words of the county Chairperson “ it will take some team to beat this team “The future looks bright for Moneyglass ladies football .
