Shamrocks and Oisins meet in 3rd final in a row

North Antirm Minor Hurling – The Darragh Cup

Loughgiel Shamrocks and Oisins Glenariffe meet this evening in Cushendall in their third Darragh Cup final in a row and if tonight’s game is anything like the last two then Pairc Mhuir is the place to be.

In 2020, during the second year of lockdown, a Jack McCloskey goal in injury time saw Loughgiel snatch the trophy from under the Oisins noses. Last year it looked the Shamrocks were on course to retain it when they led at half time, but three second half goals from the Oisins saw them win it for the first time in another classic game.

Round three is not to be missed as two well matched teams battle it out once again.
