Tir na nÓg 3-7 Cushendall 6-13
Cushendall continued their unbeaten run in Division 1 of the Antrim Camogie League when they travelled to Randalstown and beat the Tir na nÓg girls 6-13 to 3-7 to maintain top spot.
After scoring the opening goal of the game in the second minute through Orlagh O’Hara and though Niamh Martin pulled a point back for the home team on four minutes, three goals in four minutes from Orlaith McCurry (2) and Lára Haughey gave the visitors full control.

Midfielder Bronagh Devlin got Tir na nÓg’s second point on 13 minutes but four in a row by Orlagh O’Hara (2), Orlaith McAlister and Orlaith McCurry put them in full control as the raced to 5-7 to 0-3 lead at the break.
A goal four minutes after half time by Cameron McGaughey gave the Randalstown girls a boost and they worked their socks off, but Cushendall had that bit extra and Bronagh McCurry and Orlaith McCurry added further goals to help their team to a 16 point win
