Friday’s Thompson Cup Year 8 Blitz at Pairc MacUilin Ballycastle turned out to be a great days hurling with some closely contested games. After the group games the semi-finals brought together St Pat’s Maghera and St Louis with St Pat’s making it through to the final, while in the other semi St Mary’s beat CPC in an epic game by a point, after extra time

The final will be played in the next two weeks, the date to be arranged between the two schools.
