HAPPY BIRTHDAY SAFFRON GAEL

Six years ago today we started the Saffron Gael. The first game we covered was Dunloy v Loughgiel in the final of the Under 21 Hurling Championship in Armoy. This is the programme of the game. Check out how many of them were playing against Westmeath yesterday.

As luck would have it the Monday evening we covered six years later was also Dunloy and Loughgiel, this time in the Under 19 League at Pearse Park, another fine game with the Shamrocks coming out on top this time around.

By the way in those six years we have recently passed TEN MILLION hits, which really is incredible.
