Antrim Senior Camogie Championship – round robin 4
Loughgiel 0-8 Cushendall 0-4
A hailstorm five minutes into the second half of Saturday’s group tie between Loughgiel and Cushendall in the Travel Coaches Ireland Antrim senior championship forced the abandonment of the game.
Loughgiel were leading by 0-8 to 0-4 at that stage and the teams agreed to allow that score line to be submitted as a final score because they were already set to meet each other next weekend in the semi-finals.

Katie McKillop fired over the opening two points and the Shamrocks went on to lead by 0-7 to 0-1 with Róisín McCormick scoring three of those points.
Scores late in the half from Dervla Cosgrove and Orlagh O’Hara saw Cushendall trail by 0-8 to 0-3 at the break.
O’Hara had added a point from a free on the re-start before the hail began and the referee took the teams off the pitch with under foot conditions dangerous.
Loughgiel: R McCormick 0-4, 2 frees, K McKillop 0-2, O Laverty 0-1, L McNaughton 0-1
Cushendall: D Cosgrove 0-2, 1 free, O O’Hara 0-2 frees
