
GAELFAST YEAR 9 CAMOGIE
Cross and Passion Ballycastle qualified for the final of the Gaelfast Year 9 Camogie Cup when they came out on top of Wednesday’s knock out stages at Colaiste Feirste
The Ballycastle school defeated a spirited Colaiste Feirste in the first quarter final, while St Louise’s and St Dominics played the second quarter final in a very competitive game with St Louise’s coming out on top by 6 points.
The semi finals saw Cross and Passion getting the better of an impressive St Louise’s side and to book a place in next Wednesday’s final against St Killians after their win over St Louis at Ballymena.
The shield semi finals were also held today with Rathmore beating All Saints and Dominican College defeating Slemish.
The shield final between Rathmore and Dominican College will be played on Wednesday 6th March at Dunsilly with a 5.45pm throw in, while St Killians and CPC meet in the Cup final throws in at 7 at the same venue.
