Dunloy Cuchullains Awards evening

Dunloy Cuchullains held their annual awards evening at the Tullyglass Hotel where trophies and medals for the 2024 season were handed out. Teams from Under 12 through to senior received a wide range of silverware, with Fr PJ McCamphill handing out the awards.

The highlight of the evening was a special presentation which was made by club chairman James McKaegue to former manager Gregory O’Kane who decided to step down last year after 11 years as manager of the club’s senior hurling team. Gregory was interviewed by compere for the evening Mickey McClements where he talked about the highs and lows of his time in charge, and his playing career which saw the ace forward win 11 senior championship medals
