Antrim Hurling League – Division 2
St Gall’s 0-06 Ballycran 2-17
Ballycran sealed the Antrim Division 2 Hurling League title last night at the Bog Meadows when they beat St Gall’s by 2-17 to 0-06 points.
Conditions were not ideal for free flowing hurling but the men from the Ards showed just why they are top of the table as they rushed to a 1-10 to 0-04 lead at half time.
After the change of ends, the black and amber pushed on and grabbed a second goal through substitute Darragh Kelly to win in the end by seventeen points.
After the game County Committee member Joe Edwards presented the league trophy to team captain Lucas Boyd.
