Belfast Halfpacehurling has been going now for nearly two years. It has been a massive success with great numbers supporting it every week. They come from far and wide to play and include ex county players,retired players, young lads who have never played hurling but are loving the game of hurling and improving every week. They are based at Colaiste Ferstie on the Falls Road and meet once a week. It’s has been great for the players mental health and wellbeing and new friendships are being made every week. Social hurling setups are popping up all over the country and 2021 is going to be massive for the Halfpacehurlers and social hurling in general.
