O’Donovan Rossa 0-14 Gort na Móna 0-7

Rossa moved up to fourth in the Division 1 table when they beat West Belfast neighbours Gort na Móna in Wednesday evening‘s league game at Rossa Park. The home team always had the edge against the Gorts and with the McEnhill brothers Dominic and Michael to the fore they Shaw’s Road side always had that little bit more than their opponents. Leading by 0-5 to 0-3 at half time, following a well contested first half, the home team pushed on after the break and in the end had seven to spare.
