Cross & Passion college, Ballycastle toped their group at Dunsilly in the Antrim School’s Cup, a competition organised by Gaelfast to promote football in schools where hurling is the predominate sport or where there is little competitive Gaelic Football played
The group included St. Killian’s Garron Tower, Slemish Integrated College, Ballymena, Edmund Rice College, and Parkhall College, Antrim. The competition was played at two venues on Wednesday and involved pupils from Year 8 and Year 10.
After an exciting round of games in which each side played each other in a Round Robin format, the Ballycastle College finished tops, winning all their four games with St. Killian’s third and Slemish College a very creditable third
