Danske Bank Gallagher Cup Hurling quarter final
Monday’s delayed quarter-final of the Dankse Bank Gallagher Cup in Maghera was a high-scoring and closely-fought affair with St Patrick’s coming away with a 3-21 to 1-20 victory over St Louis Ballymena after a great contest.
Maghera got ahead in the first half through goals from Charlie Bradley and Sean O’Kane, but St Louis responded with an unanswered 1-4 coming into the break, the goal coming from Neil Rodgers to give his team a two point lead at the change of ends. 1-13 to 2-8
