Antrim camogs ready for All Ireland final tilt at Laois

21103889_10211709460870832_693299488_o copyOn Saturday 26th August, Antrim U16 Camogs travel to O’ Connell Park, Drumlane, Cavan to take on Laois in the All Ireland U16B final.

The girls have had another impressive year and now find themselves in their third successive All Ireland final.

Winners at U14b, runners up at U15a the girls are now hungry for a taste of more All Ireland Success.

Having come out of the group runners up, they have to play a succession of tough games with an impressive run of wins:

 

25/6 Antrim 3:19 Kilkenny 1:09

02/7 Offaly 3:10 Antrim 3:09

16/7 Meath 0:03 Antrim 3:17

30/7 Antrim 5:18 Derry 1:13

06/8 Antrim 4:15 Dublin 1:08

13/8 Antrim 2:15 Galway 3:10

The girls have battled hard all summer in what has been a very competitive and challenging run of games.

They are testament to all the hard work that the clubs have put in and thoroughly deserve their place in the final.
