Indoor finals a great success

Central Restaurant U10 Indoor Hurling League – Finals0R5A2851

Once again, the ever-popular North Antrim Central Restaurant U10 Indoor Hurling League kicked off the North Antrim calendar on Sunday 28th January in Ballymena Leisure Centre.

This year we had over 49 team entries from around Ulster in this North Antrim competition, competing to secure their place over a few weeks for a chance to play in the U10 indoor finals.  A staggering 295 matches where played during the 1st and playoff rounds of this competition. It was great to see such a big turnout of players and supporters on finals day.  The players competing didn’t disappoint as they showed real determination, skill and quality games providing an entertaining, nail biting day at times for all involved and should be very proud of their performances.

North Antrim would like to thank all the teams who took part this year, the team mentors and parents for making it happen, to all our host venues each week as without these we could not run this competition and finally to Ballymena Leisure Centre for the use of their facilities today.

This year the North Antrim Indoor Hurling leagues have been sponsored by The Central Restaurant Ballycastle and North Antrim thanks them for their continued support in running this competition.
