As the parish of Aghagallon gets ready for a mass exodus tomorrow (Saturday), last one leaving switches off the lights! they met up at the Gate Inn in Aghagallon during the week to purchase their colours. What’s it all about I hear you ask? Well as most of you already know St. Ronan’s Lurgan take on Rice College Westport in Saturday’s Hogan Cup final and the St. Mary’s club have nine members on the panel and at least five likely to start.

There has been nothing else on the lips of the Aghagallon people over the last month as St. Ronan’s defeated St. Mary’s Magherafelt in the MacRory final and on Saturday will aim to be only the second Armagh school to lift the coveted Hogan.

The Gate Inn was packed with supporters keen to purchase their St. Ronan’s colours and the team’s goalkeeper, Luke Mulholland took time out from his preparations to pose for a few photographs with fans, both young and old.
