Just another wee reminder to club PRO’s or want-to-be-reporters as we head into week 3 of the ACHL tomorrow. If your team’s playing and the Saffron Gael doesn’t have anyone at your game arrange for someone to take down scores, names of scorers and times and send us a wee report.

Here’s a few tips:

1) Ask the referee to let you photograph both team sheets with your phone.

2) Write down each score and scorer as it comes and add an approximate time. ( if you don’t know the name of the scorer write down his number)

3) Keep a note of the half time score and full time score.

4) Make a comment on major scores (goals), who scored and who set it up etc.

5) If you don’t have time to write a report simply sends us the above facts with the team-sheets and we will write the report ourselves.

It really isn’t difficult and when you see it published it will give you a lot of satisfaction and help promote your club.
